The architectural language of the existing buildings in the downtown area were studied to emulate the scale and detailing in our new development. The resulting design created a contextual 2 building complex that will be constructed directly across from the new city municipal complex.

Maintaining the required street frontage with this 2 building concept was challenging due to the existing grades and foundation challenges. The Redmont Architecture team produce final drawings utilizing BIM Technology via REVIT. This helped the entire design and construction team to visualize and coordinate the design appropriately. The result was a project that came in within the client’s budget parameters and met the city’s design requirements.
