With over 20 years of experience as a licensed architect, Brad Wardlaw brings vast design and construction oversight experience to Redmont Group. Brad specializes in providing clients a complete lifecycle view of their project, from pre-design to post occupancy. He blends unique experiences from a small adaptive reuse to large institutional projects that encompasses project planning, programming, design, cost management, construction management, and project negotiation.
As the architect-of-record, he has led teams through the design and development of major public and private projects including medical, retail, office, residential, and mixed-use spaces. Brad’s skills include the ability to synthesize input from all stakeholders, including facility employees, owners, investors and community partners.
Prior to joining Redmont, Brad served as Principal and COO of SAS Architects and SAS Properties, where he focused on large expansions of new building construction, specializing in medical buildings. He was regularly recognized as an expert in utilizing cutting-edge technologies to flush out design constraints and coordination errors early in the design process.
During his career, he has won 11 esteemed honors for his design work.
