With vast experience in project accounting, planning and coordination, Kyle Okamura leads the facilities maintenance and property management team to ensure our clients’ properties are operationally and cosmetically in pristine shape. From monthly inspections to scheduling preventative maintenance and handling emergencies, Kyle works with the Redmont team to maximize building efficiencies and keep costs to a minimum.

Kyle specializes in direct tenant and owner relations, expense trend reporting and efficiencies implementations, contract administration and records compliance, tailored preventative maintenance plans and vendor negotiations.
