Principal & CEO

Recently named a Pacific Business News Forty Under 40 recipient, Phillip Hasha has established himself as a multi-faceted developer in Hawaii and the mainland. As the Principal of Redmont Group, Phillip sets the vision and oversees the coordination of all divisions to ensure the company leverages its expertise to maximize service to our clients, investors and community partners.

In addition to valuing over $500 million in commercial properties, under his tenure, Redmont’s facility and property management grew in excess of one million square feet while managing more than $65 million in assets. Phillip has vast knowledge in valuation, financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and asset management.

Phillip is an actively involved in promoting responsible development through the participation in several industry and professional organization. He is also committed to bettering the community-at-large through financial and volunteer support of several non-profits, where he currently vice-chairs a local charter school.

He received his Masters in Real Estate Development from Auburn University, where he also earned his undergraduate in Finance.
