Phillip Hasha

Principal & CEO

Featured as the 2017 SBA Young Entrepreneur of the Year and a Pacific Business News Forty Under 40 recipient, Phillip Hasha has established himself as a multi-faceted developer in Hawaii. As the Principal and CEO of Redmont, Phillip sets the vision and oversees the coordination of all divisions to ensure the company leverages its expertise to maximize service to its clients, investors and community partners.

Under his tenure, he has taken Redmont from a fresh start-up to exceeding $10M in annual revenue.  Redmont has grown to be first company in Hawaii to have both a Top 20 Architecture and Property Management company in the same year as recognized by Pacific Business News.

Phillip has been actively involved in promoting responsible development as a Board Member on the Hawaii Community Development Authority (HCDA) and through the participation in several industry and professional organization. He is also committed to bettering the community-at-large through financial and volunteer support of several non-profits, where he currently sits on the Salvation Army’s Echelon Board and American Heart Association Beat Committee among others.

He received his Masters in Real Estate Development from Auburn University, where he also earned his undergraduate in Finance.
